The person behind the service

Vena Santé is not a network. It is one professional, a regulated practice, and a service designed for the people a commute penalises.

Tatyana, licensed practical nurse, in a bright living room

Tatyana is a licensed practical nurse. Across her practice she kept seeing the same scene: a senior organising an entire trip for a procedure that takes minutes, a parent taking time off to bring in a child, someone just out of hospital for whom the waiting room is one obstacle too many.

Vena Santé came out of that. The point is not to replace the public network, but to take the commute out of the equation where it is possible and safe to do so — while keeping the procedure itself precisely inside the professional framework that governs it.

That framework is not decorative. Every service offered is validated before it is published: whether an order is required, the competency needed, the equipment, the laboratory criteria, specimen transport, documentation, consent and the limits of practice.
